China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Ltd. (“COGOGL” or the “Company”) has recently received the “CarbonCare ESG Label 2018 – Best Practice in ESG Reporting” issued by Carbon Care Asia, commending the Company’s ESG reporting work and its efforts in sustainable development.
COGOGL received the “CarbonCare ESG Label – Commitment in Enhancement” in 2017 and undertook to continuously strengthen ESG disclosure. Through internal efforts during the year, the Company strived to increase the depth and breadth of data collection. The effort was recognized with earning the Best Practice in ESG Reporting label.
Since the launch of the “CarbonCare Label” in Hong Kong in late 2011, the Label has issued more than 290 “Carbon Care Labels” to a range of organizations, including listed and private companies. COGOGL is one of 19 companies that receives the “CarbonCare ESG Label” this year.
