(“COGOGL” or “the Group”, Stock code: 0081.HK) is pleased to announce that the Group acquired a parcel of land in An Ning District, Lanzhou city at RMB139.5 million on 5 September 2011. The total area and development area are 16,797 square meters and 70,210 square meters respectively. The area will be used for high-rise residential and commercial development.
