(2 August 2011) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Ltd. (“COGOGL” or “the Group”, Stock code: 0081.HK) is pleased to announce that the Group acquired a parcel of land in An Ning District, Lanzhou city at RMB570 million on 28 July 2011. The total area and development area are 75,900 square meters and 315,522 square meters respectively, of which will be used for high-rise residential and commercial development.
