Mr. Zhang Haijun, aged 44, was appointed as the Vice President of the Group in February 2021.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Chongqing University with a Bachelor of Engineering Management, and from Harbin Institute of Technology with a Master of Architecture and Civil Engineering, and possesses the professional title of senior engineer.

Mr. Zhang joined a subsidiary of COLI in 2001, and joined the Group in 2010. Since then, he served as the Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Hohhot District Company and Lanzhou District Company successively. He was appointed as the Assistant President of the Group in 2020. He has more than 21 years of experience in real estate development and corporate management.

Mr. Peng Ya, aged 50, was appointed as the Assistant President of the Group in September 2020.

Mr. Peng graduated from Zhengzhou University with a Bachelor of Industrial and Civil Architecture, and possesses the professional title of senior accountant.

Mr. Peng joined a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (“CSCEC”, a substantial shareholder of COHL) in 1994, and COLI in 2002. And then, he served as the deputy general manager of Xi’an District Company. He joined the Group in 2012. Since then, he served as the Standing Deputy General Manager and the General Manager of Yangzhou District Company successively. He has more than 28 years of experience in real estate development and corporate management.

Mr. Wei Wei, aged 55, was appointed as the Chief Planning & Design Officer of the Group in April 2019.

Mr. Wei graduated from Chongqing Institute of Architecture and Engineering with a Bachelor of Architecture, and possesses the professional title of senior architect.

Mr. Wei joined Hong Kong Huayi Design Consultants Limited (a subsidiary of CSCEC, and now a subsidiary of COHL) in April 1998. And then, he acted as the deputy general manager. He joined COLI and acted as the general manager of design management department in 2013, and joined the Group and acted as the Deputy Planning & Design Officer in 2016. He has more than 33 years of experience in architectural design and corporate management.

Mr. Zeng Xiaoyang, aged 57, was appointed as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Group in April 2023.

Mr. Zeng graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics with a Bachelor of Investment Management, and possesses the professional title of senior accountant.

Mr. Zeng joined China Construction Fifth Engineering Division (a subsidiary of CSCEC) in 1996, and joined COLI in 2000. Since then, he served as the chief financial officer of Chengdu District Company and the Chongqing District Company. He joined the Group and acted as the General Manager of Finance and Treasury Department (Mainland). He has more than 34 years of experience in financial management and corporate management.

Mr. Bian Ji, aged 40, was appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Group in April 2023.

Mr. Bian graduated from Tongji University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Road and Railway Engineering, and from The University of Hong Kong with a Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Bian joined COLI and its subsidiaries in 2008, and joined COHL in 2011. And then, he acted as the deputy general manager of human resources department. He joined the Group and acted as the General Manager of Human Resources and Administration Department in 2018. He has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and corporate management.
