(6 February 2012) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Ltd. (“COGOGL” or “the Group”, Stock code: 00081.HK) is pleased to announce that the Group acquired a parcel of land in Zhang Jiang New District(章江新區), Ganzhou, Jiangxi, with development area amounted to 1.4 million square meters on 3 February 2012. The land was competing jointly of the Group and Xihua Investment Group Co., Ltd. (錫華投資集團有限公司). The Group owned an attributable interest of 88%.　The total land premium payable was RMB1.1 billion.
