(Hong Kong, 6 November 2023) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the “Company”; Stock Code: 0081.HK) announced that, for October 2023, the property contracted sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) amounted to RMB3,199,000,000 and the contracted gross floor area (“GFA”) reached 271,900 square meters, with a year-on-year decrease of 3.6% and 8.2% respectively. From January to October 2023, the total property contracted sales amounted to RMB37,648,000,000 and the total contracted GFA reached 3,134,600 square meters, with a year-on-year increase of 14.7% and 1.1% respectively. As at the end of October 2023, the property subscription sales amounted to RMB864,000,000 and the subscription GFA reached 59,500 square meters. The Group did not acquire any land parcel in October 2023. (Hong Kong, 4 August 2023) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the “Company”; Stock Code: 0081.HK) announced that, for July 2023, the property contracted sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) amounted to RMB2,326,000,000 and the contracted gross floor area (“GFA”) reached 194,300 square meters, with a year-on-year decrease of 10.3% and 16.8% respectively. From January to July 2023, the total property contracted sales amounted to RMB28,266,000,000 and the total contracted GFA reached 2,339,500 square meters, with a year-on-year increase of 20.8% and 5.1% respectively.
